We are thrilled to announce our next wine dinner! On Thursday, August 19, 2010, we will be welcoming back the wines of Terrazas de los Andes. There has not been a better time to taste these wines, since most of the line-up will be comprised of wines from the highly-regarded 2005, 2006, and 2007 vintages! Not only that, but also, for the first time, we will include Cheval des Andes in the tasting. This wine, born out of a joint venture between Terrazas de los Andes and Chateau Cheval Blanc in Saint Emilion, has a grandeur, elegance, and pedigree that have to be tasted to be believed. Needless to say, since its inception in 2001, this wine has quickly gained cult status among wine collectors.
Our good friend Blake Gilbert, Sommelier, will be joining Max in discussing the wines and vintages.
The format for this event will be a four-course dinner, with the wines paired with each course. The line-up will be as follows:

The cost for this event is seventy dollars, which includes this menu (food and wine). It does not include tax and gratuity.
We will begin at 6PM, and pour on until the last drop!
